STATEMENT OF POLICY:  The RiverMill Event Centre is available for  rental to individuals, non-profit organizations and corporations.  All functions must be deemed appropriate to the facilities and must not interfere with the normal working conditions of other businesses located on the RiverMill campus.  RiverMill reserves the right to deny facility usage to any group for any program which is inconsistent with RiverMill’s purposes or reputation and is at the sole discretion of Gourmet Events, Inc.

RIVER VIEW ROOM (North & South Ballrooms combined; outside terrace included) Seats up to 1,300 People

                        Sunday – Wednesday    $1500.00

                        Thursday– Saturday       $3200.00

RIVER TERRACE ROOM (outside terrace included) Seats up to 200 People                     

Sunday – Wednesday    $1000.00

Thursday – Saturday        $2250.00

RIVER CREST ROOM (Includes Café) Seats up to 500 Guests

Sunday - Wednesday     $1600.00

Thursday – Saturday      $3200.00

BIBB ROOM/ HIGHLANDS ROOM (25% discount if both rooms are rented) Seats up to 100 Guests

Events before 2PM Sunday – Wed          $100.00
