Service Personnel

RiverMill Event Centre Catering Staff will be dressed in white tuxedo shirts, black bow ties and black slacks.  Professional Chefs will be dressed in white chef jackets, black pants and chef hats. **Themed Service attire available upon request.

Bartenders - $175.00 each (cash bars only)
Cashiers - $25.00/Hour (cash bars only)
Chef Attendant - $80.00 each
Security Personnel - $25.00 per hr (3hr min) Mandatory for Events over 100 person.
Cake Cutting Fee - $2.00 per person

(Includes cake cutting service by Uniformed Chefs, glass plates, cocktail napkins, cake table set up forks.)

Bartender is required per 75 guests
Server per 35 guests for dinner buffet or cocktail format.
