Jamie Is a graduate of Paul Smiths College in the Adirondacks of New York and The Culinary Institute of America Greystone Campus. Jamie is a member of the US National Culinary Olympic Team and a recent Gold Medalist in The World Cup, Luxembourg 2006 as well as The Salon Culinare Mondial 2005.
He is the owner and chef for Gourmet Events the premier catering company that manages The RiverMill Event Centre. Jamie’s past adventures in the culinary world have included working for Milliken and Company, Hyatt Hotels of Atlanta, Hilton Head and New Brunswick, New Jersey.
His travels have taken him to Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and France where he worked in a Michelin 3 star Restaurant, Arpege and while in France he studied at the Le Cordon Bleu cooking school.
Jamie is married to the beautiful Melissa and is the proud father of the boisterous Christopher, Nicholas and Jack, and the adorable Katie.
