General Information/ Suggestions
- In order to get a confirmation letter for room reservation, $1000.00 deposit, General Information, and Event Policies and Procedures must be on file.
- Any correspondence regarding your Events at RiverMill Event Centre should be directed to the Special Events Coordinator
- Keep a notebook handy to make your notes, questions, and things you would like to have discussed.
- Plan to meet to discuss General Information and questions three to six months prior to your wedding date.
- Plan to meet and finalize all plans no less than forty-five days prior to your Wedding Date.
- Final Billing Addresses are due no less than forty-five days prior to the event.
- Make sure Florist Rules and Regulations and Entertainment Agreements have been signed and returned.
- Final and Full payment is due no less than seven days prior to the event.
Wedding Set – Up
- Tables will be clothed with white linen and napkins unless other arrangements are specified.
- White linens will be used on Buffet and Cake tables as well.
- Dance floor, food stations and staging will be set- up according to the specific needs of your event.
Cake Information
- Each Cake baker is responsible for the complete set–up of his/her cake.
- Typically, cakes can be delivered no more than two hours prior to the event.
- There are no facilities for cake cooling or storage.
- Cake columns, mirrors, stands, etc. left at our facility for more than twenty-four hours will be discarded.
- All cake related items will be placed with gifts when the Bridal Family departs the RiverMill.
- We provide cake servers and service items at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Additional Services and Fees
- Additional charges will be made for Private Functions requiring more than normal service.
- In the event rental items are required (i.e.: specialty glassware, linens, etc.) this will be added to your bill plus a service charge of nineteen (19%) percent.
- Any thrown items are subject to a $64.20 ($50.00++) clean up charge. We do not allow rice, confetti or birdseed unless approved by facility manager & Event Coordinator.
